Tesla has confirmed that it is working with several major car makers to develop affordable, fully-electric city cars, with the first going on sale as early as 2010. The established car makers will use the experience Tesla has gained developing the high-performance, £92,000 Roadster as a short cut to getting their own electric cars on sale. 'Smaller Teslas in the pipeline'
Tesla plans to have its Model S five-seat electric hatchback on sale by 2010 in both the United States and Europe.

The real Mille Miglia ended in 1957 after a series of crashes saw it cancelled, but it returned in 1977 as the Mille Miglia Storica, a glorious event run over 1,000 miles of beautiful Italian roads featuring cars that ran in the original Mille Miglia. Jaguar has a big history with the Mille Miglia, and has taken to using the annual event to roll out stars to drive its cars for maximum coverage of Jaguar’s Heritage. 2014 is no different – although the number of entries is lower than in previous years – with ten classic Jaguars, including XKs, C-types and one D-type, taking to the Italian roads in May and piloted by a diverse range of star drivers.

Jaguar X-type for 2008: the lowdown
Jaguar has finally given the X-type a facelift, but the 500 changes try their hardest to escape your attention. On paper at least. It's small wonder that we did a double take when we scooped the new X earlier this year; some said we'd just caught the current car on test, but it turns out we were right.
